Development of implantable urological devices – experimental approach
The aim of this project is to develop urological devices based on an in-silico model developed in Lally Lab. Jhaleh's role involves synthesizing suitable polymeric materials - either natural or synthetic - to match the properties suggested by the computational model. She focuses on designing and tuning these materials to simulate tissue behaviour. The combination of insights from the computational model and experimental work will lead to the development of a bench-top model for testing urological devices.
